An incident is anything that needs fixing or adjusting in your existing automation, typically under 2 hours of work. Here's how we categorize them:

External changes: things outside your control that break the automation. A third-party API changes its format, a connected app updates its permissions, authentication tokens expire, or webhook URLs change.

Platform updates: the tools we built on release new versions. An automation platform rolls out an update, a connected app deprecates a feature, or security patches require adjustments.

Minor tweaks: small changes to existing logic. Updating a filter condition, changing email template text, adjusting notification timing, adding a field to an existing form, or changing where a report gets sent.

What's NOT an incident: Adding a new workflow branch, integrating a new tool, building a new report, or changing an entire process flow. These involve new logic or new functionality and are quoted as separate projects, typically at a discounted rate for existing clients.
